Hi, I'm Kaloyan, and this is the first post on my blog.

I work as an AI Solution Architect, and most of my days go into designing and building agentic AI and multi-agent systems, and helping organisations work out how AI fits into their architecture. I learn a lot along the way, and much of it never gets written down. This blog is where I want to change that.

What to expect

Practical notes from real work, written to be useful rather than polished:

• Tooling I use day to day, such as agent instructions in AGENTS.md and reusable skills in SKILL.md files
